Cynthia Castillo is a Traditional and Digital artist with a professional skill level in Adobe Photoshop, the rest of the Adobe suite and Krita. She also has a profound skill in realism using Charcoal, Pencil and recently Chalk Pastels. She is able to take her realism charcoal, pencil art and convert them into digital full color paintings using Photoshop. She is able to create artwork digitally and provide sketches, mock ups, inked art pieces as well as traditional sketches and drawings. She has experience in graphics design and is completely open to taking art direction from art leads and teams. Cynthia creates her artprints, merch and buttons from home; a skillset that was self-taught. Many con goers have mentioned how high quality the art prints and merch look and feel whenever she sets up her table.
She currently is traveling to different cons in the Florida state and also has done official artwork for some conventions outside of Florida. When not doing the convention circuit, she submits her art pieces to both physical and virtual art galleries and contests. One of her pieces *The Mountain Lion won Bronze in the 2022 Shades of Blue contest hosted by Camelback Gallery in Arizona. The piece was created traditionally in Charcoal before converted into color.
